Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Bizstar subscriptions. If you have questions, contact us at info@bizstar.co.za.
1. Free Trial
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Access may continue until the end of your current billing period, depending on your plan and payment status.
3. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless required by law, Bizstar does not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or unspent usage after a subscription has been billed.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly (for example, duplicate charges), please contact us within 7 days of the charge with:
- The email address on the account
- The charge date and amount
- Any Paystack reference you received
We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or credit where appropriate.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause your account while the dispute is reviewed to prevent unauthorized usage. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, service may be restored after payment is settled.
6. Data and POPIA Requests
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account data. You can export or delete your data using the compliance tools in your dashboard.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Bizstar after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
