These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bizstar platform. By using Bizstar, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bizstar provides missed call recovery, messaging automation, lead management (light CRM), analytics, and related tools.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure contact details and message templates are accurate and lawful.
3. POPIA and Communications Compliance
You agree to comply with POPIA and applicable communications and marketing laws. You must only message people where you have a lawful basis, and you must respect opt-out requests.
- Bizstar supports opt-out (STOP) and consent tracking; you must use these features properly.
- SMS sending is restricted, consent-gated, and rate-limited to reduce abuse and spam risk.
- Bizstar may suspend messaging capabilities if we detect spam, abuse, fraud, or unusual sending patterns.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and processed via a payment provider. A free trial may be available for new accounts. After the trial, a paid plan may be required to continue using paid features.
5. Fair Usage and Limits
Plans may include fair-usage limits on messages, conversations, or related resources. Limits may be enforced to protect platform stability, deliverability, and compliance.
6. Prohibited Use
- Spamming, harassment, deceptive messaging, or unlawful marketing.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or consent requirements.
- Uploading or processing personal information without a lawful basis.
- Interfering with platform operations or attempting unauthorized access.
7. Suspension and Termination
You may cancel your subscription through the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create compliance risk, or threaten platform integrity.
8. Data and Records
You can export and delete your data using the compliance tools provided in the dashboard. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Service Availability and Liability
Bizstar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages or continuous uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizstar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bizstar after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
